Refund and Return Policy

At Marsh Tapers, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return Request Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • Return Authorization: Please contact us at sales@marshtapers.com or call 813-247-5008 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
